Welcome to Plan Intel. By subscribing to our platform, initialising or utilising our curated project intelligence dispatches, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. The Service & Scope
Plan Intel is a dedicated industry intelligence platform that standardises, indexes, and organises public planning data and development applications. We act strictly as a data analysis, curation, and notification service. We do not operate as a public registry or council authority. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timing of the information provided, as the dataset is wholly reliant on the upload schedules and accuracy of public government portals.
2. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
Proprietary Formatting: The unique data extraction architecture, database design, trade specification matrices, and curated formatting provided in the Plan Intel briefs and Web portal are for your internal business use only.
No Ownership of Public Artifacts: Plan Intel claims no ownership, copyright, or exclusive intellectual property rights over any underlying architectural drawings, engineering schedules, DA Form 1 filings, or planning reports linked within the platform. All such rights remain entirely with the original authors, architects, or respective public copyright holders.
No Resale or Redistribution: You are strictly prohibited from copying, scraping, reselling, or commercially redistributing Plan Intel's curated data matrices, dispatches, or web platform access.
Monitoring: Plan Intel utilises data seeding and tracking measures to monitor unauthorised distribution. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination without a refund and potential legal action.
Copyright & Takedown Policy: Plan Intel respects the intellectual property rights of creators. All project links point directly to public local government repositories where the documents are legally hosted for public exhibition. If you are a copyright holder (such as an architect or engineer) and believe your work is being linked or referenced in error, or if you wish to request the removal of a direct document link from our curated web portal, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review and action valid courtesy removal requests within 5 business days
3. Compliance with the Spam Act 2003 & Privacy
Plan Intel is a structured planning analysis tool, not an address-harvesting software database. We provide project metrics and direct web links to public records.
Your Liability: You acknowledge that any professional outreach, cold-calling, or business-to-business marketing you conduct based on the discovery of these projects is done entirely at your own risk.
Strict Compliance: You agree to strictly comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003 and the Privacy Act 1988. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any commercial contact channels you manually access via public records strictly adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Plan Intel accepts zero liability for your communication practices.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Billing: The service is billed monthly at $55.00 AUD. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.
5. Limitation of Liability
The dataset curated by Plan Intel is intended as an informational tracking and estimating aid. It must never replace your own primary due diligence. Plan Intel is not liable for any lost revenue, quoting errors, contractual variances, or missed business opportunities resulting from delayed, altered, omitted, or misclassified public documents.
